Summary: As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to align with business process design and application requirements, ensuring that all configurations meet the necessary standards and specifications. You will collaborate with various teams to facilitate smooth integration and deployment of software solutions, while also addressing any challenges that may arise during the configuration process. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the software meets the operational needs of the organization and contributes to overall project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and maintenance of configuration management documentation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of software configurations with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Experience with software configuration management tools. - Strong understanding of business process design and application requirements. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues effectively. - Familiarity with software development life cycle methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
