Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
Drive product demos, follow up with prospects, and close deals over the phone or online.
CRM & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to the Sales Manager.
Coordination:
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality.
Coordinate with customer support and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction post-sale.
Product Knowledge:
Continuously update knowledge of company products/services, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
0-3 years of experience in inside sales or telemarketing (SaaS/product/software preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Preferred:
Experience in B2B product or SaaS-based sales.
