Software Bugs ExpertRole: Software Defect Analysis & Resolution Specialist

Job Summary:We're looking for a Software Bugs Expert skilled in identifying, analyzing, reproducing, and resolving software defects/bugs. You'll work closely with development, testing, and project teams to enhance product quality focusing on defect management and root cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Bug Identification & Analysis:

- Identify, reproduce, and deeply analyze software bugs/defects.

- Provide detailed bug reports with steps to reproduce, impact analysis.

2. Collaboration with Teams:

- Work with developers for bug fixing, provide support for resolution.

- Collaborate with testers/QA for effective defect detection and tracking.

3. Root Cause Analysis:

- Perform root cause analysis of defects to suggest preventive measures.

- Identify patterns in bugs to drive quality improvements.

4. Defect Tracking & Management:

- Use bug tracking tools (like JIRA, Bugzilla) for logging, tracking bugs.

- Ensure bugs are properly documented and followed up.

5. Improvement Suggestions:

- Suggest improvements in processes for defect reduction, quality enhancement.

- Contribute to improving testing strategies based on bug trends.

Requirements:1. Bug Analysis Skills:

- Strong ability in identifying, reproducing, analyzing software bugs.

- Experience in bug tracking, management tools.

2. Technical Knowledge:

- Good understanding of software development processes, testing methodologies.

- Familiarity with programming languages, tech stacks helpful.

3. Analytical Skills:

- Strong analytical thinking for bug analysis, root cause identification.

4. Communication:

- Effective communication for reporting bugs, collaborating with teams.
