The Senior Salesforce Tester will be responsible for leading the E2E testing for Salesforce Projects. Resource should be capable of handling manual and automation testing for the Project. Should be well versed on all phases of the project and testing support to be rendered to respective project phases.

Work closely with Project team to understand the requirement, workflows and ensure testing is covered in all possible modules of application.

Should have the mindset to check and improve upon the Continuous improvement and best practices for delivering the same task.

Responsible E2E Quality deliverables on Salesforce implementation projects.

Will be responsible for test Strategy document, Test plan, Azure Dev ops Test Suite, test effort estimation (manual & automation), test script development, test execution, defects management/resolution and test status reporting.

Dimensions

The Senior Salesforce Tester will be operating as part of a Agile/Scrum team of more than 20 members - developers, testers and Stakeholders. Resource will have a solid reporting line to the Testing Competency Center Lead /Manager and dotted line reporting to product /Project manager/Scrum master.

Key accountabilities include:

• As an senior salesforce tester, you will be responsible to drive Quality metrics for the Project .
• Should be strong in guiding the testing team members on testing complicated scenarios and Integrations to Salesforce
• Work collaboratively with Project Managers/ Stakeholders/Test team/Dev team to be in the path of successful project implementation.
• Lead- Design and Development of Manual and automation scripts, define and monitor Quality metrics like DRE.
• Lead a testing team of more than 5 members.
• Identify & Manage Test Data, Test Environment needs, Defect Management,
• Lead various testing like Regression testing, functional testing Smoke testing ,Performance testing ,Penetration testing for the Projects.
• Provide test progress, test results with accurate Reporting to Stakeholders.
• Participate in continues improvement initiatives.
• Being flexible to develop T shaped skills by augmenting manual testing experience and also building domain related skills
• You need to manage the work in respective functional area to enable effectiveness and efficiency in meeting the targeted testing SLA and business continuity.
• Develop Change Request/Data Request test scripts, test conditions, input test data and expected results \xe2\x80\x93 especially those that require integration between modules.
• Have a broad understanding of Blueprint business processes; not only in respective functional areas but also integration points.
• Ever-green documentations in their respective areas e.g. in the Test Library.
• Act as the coach for the new team members with regards to their role and processes.
• The challenge to work in a multi-disciplinary & multi-cultural environment, striving for true service excellence.
• Coordination and bringing together multiple teams/individual to ensure quality test deliverables.

• Working with many stakeholders, architects and delivery teams, a set of excellent and crisp communication skills both verbal and written English is required.

Skills

• Strong hold on Salesforce admin knowledge.
• Expertise and testing experience of minimum 2 E2E salesforce Projects.
• Must have expertise on any one of cloud experience like (sales cloud / service cloud / commerce cloud / marketing cloud / community cloud)
• Strong understand of Quality metrics.
• Programming skills, knowledge of OOAD/OOPS concepts and MS-SQL Server

- Hands-on experience in Java or C# or Python * Good understanding of Agile methodology and DevOps concepts.

• Experience with Test Automation of integration and UI end-to-end automated tests using Selenium.
• Good coordination, presentation and communication skills
• Good in stakeholder management
• Able to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
• Professional, Passionate, organized, self-motivated and results oriented.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills is mandatory
• Experienced with STLC and Testing Concepts
• Understanding of build pipelines, software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, QA terminology, processes and procedures using ATDD and TDD methods
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment, working knowledge with VSTS & GIT.
• Skills in test integrations, defect management and test management using any ALM tool (VSTS / UFT).
• Passionate about testing and Salesforce

In addition to mandatory requirements above, the following skills will be a plus: - Salesforce Admin Certification.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in computer science or equivalent with minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce Testing and Selenium Automation.
