Job Summary & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Software Architect (Pune, India - Hybrid) to lead the design and development of cutting-edge software solutions for our world-class CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) applications. In this role, you will define the technical architecture, guide the development team, and ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and maintainable software used across industries such as electric vehicles, renewable energy, aerospace, and automotive.
This is a highly technical and strategic role that requires a deep understanding of software design principles, system architecture, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization. You will need to think beyond conventional approaches to create innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

  • Provide technical leadership to the development team, mentoring team members and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance software systems, ensuring they align with industry best practices and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with domain experts, R&D developers, and other architects to ensure the architecture supports seamless integration of front-end GUIs, back-end systems, and design object models.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into architectural designs and actionable development plans.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance the development process and product quality.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration across diverse projects by understanding tech stacks, guiding code design, and driving development efficiency.
  • Act as a technical liaison between various stakeholders and developers to ensure alignment and clarity in requirements and deliverables.
Qualifications
  • Degree in computer science or any relevant engineering discipline.
  • 10+ years of commercial software development experience.
  • Proven experience as a software architect or in a similar senior technical role.
  • Deep understanding of software development frameworks, programming languages (preferably C# and C++), and tools.
  • Knowledge of various architecture patterns, APIs, and integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Git).
  • Collaborative approach and strong communication skills.
  • Strong English language skills - written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated resilience and capability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
