CTG is seeking to fill a Software Architect - Digital Product Engineering position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
Design and oversee the technical framework and infrastructure supporting digital products.
Create scalable, resilient platforms that enable efficient software development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
Ensure architectural solutions align with business objectives and deliver strong end-to-end product experiences.
Define and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and design patterns across teams.
Guide engineering teams in making strategic decisions regarding technology stacks, tools, and frameworks.
Ensure seamless integration with existing systems, services, and platforms.
Establish and monitor performance, scalability, reliability, and security standards.
Partner closely with product management, engineering, and stakeholders to balance business outcomes with sound technical implementation.
Skills:
Strong expertise in software architecture for digital products and platforms.
Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, and modern application frameworks.
Deep understanding of scalability, performance optimization, security, and reliability principles.
Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing strategies.
Ability to evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks based on business and technical needs.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience:
8+ years of experience in software engineering, with significant experience in an architect or senior technical leadership role.
Proven track record designing and delivering complex, scalable digital products or platforms.
Experience working in agile, product-driven environments.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
