OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Technicaly drive the Right Architecutural solution with Quality and usability excellence. Deliver on commitments and meet Customer expectations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide Technical leadership to Software against the requrments Provide Technical leadership for technical solution and provide Estimations Coach resources from his / her team when they request support and continuously develop their technical and Design skills Ensure Design Artifacts and code outputs are having Quality optput. Implement & contribute to definition of his / her DISdiscipline processes (common methods and best practices) and provides REX (Return on Experience) on methods & tools. Ensure a single TIS WoW (Ways of Working) and foster continuous improvement for his / her discipline Drive Innovation culture Qualifications & Skills: Overall 10+ Year of Experience in Complex embedded developments ,Experience in Embedded development using C / C++.. and covering complete Software development cycle from Specification till System Validation for Real time applications. Good Exposure for complex Design using design methodologies. On Linux OS. 3+ years product development experience with hands on cybersecurity security feature development . Perform cyber security engineering tasks for products including implementation, test methods for cyber security, testing and mitigating issues from testing. General knowledge on standards related to Cybersecurity : ISO 2700x / IEC 62443 / NIST. Good understanding of Networking architectures (main technical principles). Good knowledge in software architecture, in particular regarding O.S (especially Linux). EDUCATION B.E./B.Tech. Electrical / Electronics / Computer Science. BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES: Crisp communication and presentation skills. Well-developed negotiation and relationship skills. Detail and big picture orientation. Good people management skills Proactive. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE Minimum 10years of experience on complex software projects The ideal applicant will able to thrive in a highly collaborative workplace and actively engage in the development process spread across different geographical locations Significant experience in delivery of design, analysis, development, testing and delivery. Rail industry background is highly desirable, alternatively similar industries can also be considered.
