Coimbatore

. As an Software Application Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, testing, and troubleshooting of technical solutions tailored to customer needs. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates looking to launch their careers in engineering and application support.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions. Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of applications and systems. Provide onsite technical support and troubleshoot issues in real-time. Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and user guides. Participate in training sessions and continuously improve product knowledge. Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

/ Computer science

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of engineering concepts and application support. Good communication skills in English and Tamil. Ability to work independently and in a team. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
