We are seeking a Software & Control Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to develop, test, and maintain control software for simulators and motion-based systems. The role involves control algorithm development, hardware-software integration, GUI development, and data acquisition for testing and validation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain simulator control software for real-time applications.
Design and implement motion control logic for actuators and drive systems.
Perform PID tuning and optimize control loops for stability and performance.
Interface hardware systems (controllers, sensors, actuators) with PC-based software.
Develop and maintain GUI applications for control, monitoring, and testing.
Implement data acquisition systems for logging, analysis, and reporting.
Create test interfaces for system validation and debugging.
Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and user manuals.
Support integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
Technical Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of control systems and PID control techniques.
Experience in motion control and real-time control applications.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, MATLAB/Simulink, or LabVIEW.
Experience with hardware interfacing (USB, Ethernet, Serial, CAN, etc.).
Knowledge of GUI development and data acquisition systems.
