Create strategies to boost

Maintain training records and track performance improvements.
Motivate and guide the team to achieve monthly targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in
Telecalling Training / Pre-Sales / Upselling

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong observation and feedback delivery ability.
