Job Description

1. Training Delivery

Conduct engaging classroom and online sessions on communication skills, personality development, teamwork, time management, leadership, and interview preparation. Train students on presentation skills, business etiquette, email writing, and public speaking. Deliver mock interviews, group discussions, and aptitude-based communication exercises.

2. Curriculum Design & Implementation

Design and update the soft skills training curriculum in alignment with industry and placement requirements. Coordinate with placement and academic departments to schedule training sessions as per semester plans. Customize modules for first-year, final-year, and MBA students focusing on industry readiness.

3. Assessment & Feedback

Assess students' communication and behavioral skills through pre- and post-training evaluations. Provide individual feedback and conduct remedial sessions for weaker students. Maintain reports on student progress and share performance insights with the placement cell.

4. Coordination & Support

Collaborate with aptitude and technical trainers to integrate holistic employability training. Liaise with recruiters to understand evolving corporate expectations and update content accordingly. Support institutional branding by representing the college at external training events or corporate workshops.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong classroom management and facilitation ability. High energy, motivational attitude, and positive body language. Empathy and patience when dealing with diverse student groups. Knowledge of corporate etiquette and interview dynamics.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English, Communication, Psychology, HR, or Management.

Preferred:

Certification in Soft Skills, Communication, or Behavioral Training.

Experience:

2-6 years of experience in training college students or corporate employees in soft skills or communication.
