Job Description

Excellent verbal and written communication Minimum 2 years of teaching English Preparing Lesson plan for Training, Preparing exercises and exams for the students Conducting Activities during the class Basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records. Design, deliver, and assess the training programs focused on improving essential soft skills and effective verbal communication. Develop and customize soft skills training modules tailored to meet the needs of students. Facilitate interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance students' interpersonal and communication skills. Offer one-on-one coaching and mentoring sessions to address individual skill gaps and career goals. Coordinate with technical trainers to align soft skills training with technical curriculum and career preparation needs.

Pay: ?11,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
