:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Soft Skill Trainer to enhance the communication, personality development, and employability skills of our students. The trainer will play a vital role in preparing students for campus placements, group discussions, interviews, and professional work environments.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience training college students and a passion for developing young minds into confident and industry-ready professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interactive sessions on communication skills, interview techniques, group discussions, and presentation skills. Train students on interpersonal, leadership, and team-building skills. Plan and deliver modules on corporate etiquette, goal setting, and professional behavior. Organize mock interviews, role-plays, and confidence-building activities. Work closely with the Training and Placement Cell to align sessions with industry expectations. Continuously assess and provide feedback to students to help them improve.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Soft Skill / Communication Trainer in a college or professional training environment. Excellent command over English (verbal and written). Strong presentation, motivational, and mentoring abilities. Ability to connect with students and inspire confidence. Creative and energetic approach to training sessions.

Qualification:

Any graduate / postgraduate (preferably in English, Psychology, HR, or related fields).

Certifications in soft skills, corporate training, or behavioral training will be an added advantage.

Salary:

?15,500 - ?25,000 per month

(Negotiable for deserving candidates based on experience and performance.)
