Job Description

The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging and effective soft skills training programs for our students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training , excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver comprehensive soft skills training programs, including communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills. Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in students' soft skills and customize training programs accordingly. Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, activities, and handouts. Facilitate training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as role-playing, simulations, group discussions, and multimedia presentations. Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, evaluations, and assessments. Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to students as needed. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in soft skills training and incorporate them into the training programs. Collaborate with technical trainers and other staff to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to student development. Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.
