Use various teaching methods -- role plays, group discussions, activities, and presentations -- to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.
2. Training Design and Development
Design and develop training modules, lesson plans, and supporting materials (presentations, handouts, assessments, etc.).
Customize sessions based on participant profiles and learning objectives.
3. Program Coordination
Coordinate with HR, department heads, and management to identify training needs and create training calendars.
Plan and schedule training sessions effectively to ensure maximum participation.
Ensure all logistical arrangements (venue, materials, attendance tracking, etc.) are in place.
4. Continuous Improvement
Gather participant and management feedback to improve future sessions.
Stay updated with the latest training techniques, tools, and trends in behavioral and soft skills development.
Participate in self-development activities to enhance personal training delivery and facilitation skills.
6. Mentoring and Coaching
Offer one-on-one mentoring or follow-up sessions for employees needing extra support.
Encourage a culture of learning and positive communication across the organization.
