We are Hiring: Soft Skills Trainers

Locations: Coimbatore

Duration: 3 Months

Salary: ₹20,000 per month (Fixed Pay)

Role Highlights:

Conduct sessions on communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and professional etiquette

Customize content to suit learner needs

Track trainee progress and provide regular feedback

Make learning engaging, practical, and results-driven

Who Can Apply:

Graduates from any discipline

1-2 years of experience in soft skills or corporate training, Freshers Can Apply if your good at Communication and Interpersonal skills

Strong communication skills in English and Tamil

Passion for training, mentoring, and motivating learners
