job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate Soft Skills Trainer to help our students develop essential soft skills that will prepare them for the demands of the modern workplace. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of effective communication, teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our students not only excel in their technical skills but also possess the necessary soft skills to succeed in their chosen fields.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Development: Design and develop a comprehensive soft skills curriculum that is tailored to the specific needs of our students.

2. Classroom Instruction: Deliver engaging and interactive soft skills training sessions to students, both in groups and on a one-on-one basis.

3.Assessment and Feedback: Regularly assess and evaluate students' soft skills, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.

4. Mentoring: Serve as a mentor and role model, offering support and guidance to students as they develop their soft skills.

5. Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in soft skills training and incorporate relevant industry practices into the curriculum.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with the academic team to integrate soft skills training into the overall education program.

7. Documentation: Maintain records of student progress and ensure that training materials are up to date.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree

2. Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or a similar role, ideally in an educational or vocational setting.

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

4. Strong understanding of soft skills development, including communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving.

5. Empathetic and patient with the ability to motivate and inspire students.

6. Ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.

7. Strong organizational and administrative skills.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

9. A genuine passion for helping students grow and succeed.
