Responsibilities: ₹ Taking Soft Skills sessions to the students ? Helping out students in the practical oriented teaching ? Maintaining Attendance record of the students ? Responsible for maintaining all the documentation and Students records ? Activity based teaching methodologies ? Helping students to develop their personality and build self confidence ? Effective teaching and learning environment Essential Skills: ₹ Strong command over Technical knowledge ? Good Communication Skills (English, Hindi and Telugu) ? Good Team player ? Ability to handle the students in a soft manner ? Willing to spend time in the community at grass root level at times
