About the Role
The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for delivering structured soft skills training to participants using a defined curriculum. The role involves interactive facilitation, assessments, and coordination with the project team to support overall learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct soft skills training sessions covering communication, confidence building, teamwork, and workplace readiness
Deliver training using interactive methods such as role plays, group activities, and discussions
Support participants in improving spoken communication and interpersonal skills
Conduct assessments and track participant progress
Maintain attendance records and submit training reports
Coordinate with the project team for smooth implementation
Travel within the project area as required
Qualification & Experience
Graduate in any discipline
1-3 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or similar role
Experience in youth training, employability, or skill development programs preferred
Key Skills
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Ability to engage participants and encourage active learning
Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
Good coordination and time management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
