Key Responsibilities:
Design, customize, and deliver soft skills training programs in alignment with organizational goals.
Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps across teams or individuals.
Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching (both in-person and virtual).
Develop training materials such as manuals, presentations, handouts, and e-learning content.
