Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions on communication, leadership, teamwork, and emotional intelligence. Develop engaging training materials, including presentations and interactive exercises. Assess participants' learning needs and tailor sessions accordingly. Facilitate workshops, webinars, and corporate training programs. Provide feedback and coaching to improve soft skills. Collaborate with HR and management to align training with organizational goals. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness for continuous improvement. Stay updated with the latest trends in soft skills development.
