To support and coordinate all Training & Development activities across the organization, ensuring smooth, efficient, and effective functioning of the department.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational
Support Training & Development initiatives across all Progenesis Fertility Centers.
Facilitate both scheduled and ad-hoc training sessions.
Assist in planning and executing monthly training calendars.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports as required by the Training Manager.
Induction Coordination
Collaborate with the HR team to gather nominations for the induction program.
Conduct orientation sessions for new joiners and address their queries.
Coordinate with functional heads and trainers for their respective induction sessions.
Prepare and share weekly post-training reports.
Content Development
Assist in designing training modules for soft skills and behavioral training.
Support creation and printing of training materials such as feedback forms, handouts, activity sheets, and checklists.
Training Need Analysis & Evaluation
Assist in executing Training Need Identification (TNI) activities using methods such as appraisals, audits, and assessments across all centers.
Analyze post-training feedback and share insights with the Training Manager.
Training Delivery
Deliver training sessions as per the monthly training calendar across all Progenesis centers.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports for each training conducted.
Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for trainers, when required.
Asset Management
Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and safekeeping of all training assets and materials before and after sessions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
100% accuracy in data management for induction, internal, and external trainings.
100% compliance with TNA, training feedback, and training effectiveness processes.
