Seeking an experienced Soft Skills Trainer to design and deliver training on communication, teamwork, leadership, and emotional intelligence. The trainer will engage participants, assess needs, and provide feedback to improve personal and professional skills.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver soft skills training programs.
• Use interactive methods like role-playing and workshops.
• Assess participants\' skills and provide feedback.
• Create and update training materials.
• Track training outcomes and suggest improvements.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
• Time management and creativity in developing content.

• Bachelors degree (Masters preferred).
• 3+ years as a Soft Skills Trainer.
• Certification in training is a plus.
