Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
Proficiency in using training tools and technology, including e-learning platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
Should be able to prioritize own workload to meet personal and team objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development:
Design and develop comprehensive soft skills training programs and materials.
Customize training content to meet the specific needs of different departments or groups.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in soft skills training.
Training Delivery:
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Use various training methods and techniques, including role-playing, simulations, group discussions, and multimedia presentations. Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to participants.
Assessment and Evaluation:
Assess the training needs of employees or students through surveys, interviews, and performance data analysis.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback forms, assessments, and performance metrics.
Make necessary adjustments to improve the quality and impact of training.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with HR, department heads, and other stakeholders to identify training requirements.
Provide support and guidance to participants in applying soft skills in their roles. o Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and participant progress.
Prepare and present reports on training outcomes and recommendations to management.
Develop and maintain a resource library of training materials.
Continuous Improvement:
Seek feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance training skills and knowledge.
