? Candidates must have the ability to take both theory and practical sessions.

? Should have excellent knowledge of Soft Skills and Behavioral Training.

? Should be able to teach Communication Skills, Leadership, Time Management, Teamwork,

Interpersonal Skills, Business Etiquette, Emotional Intelligence, etc.

? Able to resolve students' queries, dynamic personality.

? We expect good communication and presentation skills.

? Able to explain abstract concepts in a clear and engaging way.

? Should be flexible to conduct Weekend Batches as well as Weekday Batches.

Responsibilities and Duties:-

? Devise soft skills training programs according to organizational requirements.

? Produce training schedules and classroom agenda & execute training sessions.

? Determine course content according to objectives.

? Prepare training material (presentations, role plays, activities, handouts etc.)

? Keep and report data on completed courses, attendance, feedback etc.

? Observe and evaluate results of training programs.

? Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.
