We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Soft Skill Trainee to join our educational institution. As a Soft Skill Trainee, you will play a crucial role in providing training programs to enhance the soft skills of our students. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Key Responsibilities: 1. Training Program Design: Create and develop training programs, workshops, and materials by Collaborating with our educational team to design effective soft skill training . 2. Training Delivery: Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to students. 3. Assessment: Evaluate students\xe2\x80\x99 progress and performance to tailor training to their needs. 4. Content Creation: Develop and curate training materials and content. 5. Coaching and Feedback: Provide one-on-one coaching and constructive feedback to students. 6. Evaluation and Improvement: Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of training programs. 7. Keeping up with Latest Trends: Stay up to date with the latest trends in soft skills development. 8. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student progress and training sessions. 9. Motivation and Inspiration: Inspire and motivate students to develop their soft skills. Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a relevant field (Education, Communication, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping students develop their soft skills.
• 1- 5 year experience in soft skills training is a plus.
