Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver soft skills training sessions (classroom, virtual, and hybrid)
Conduct training needs analysis and customize programs accordingly
Facilitate workshops on communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, emotional intelligence, customer service, and workplace etiquette
Use interactive methods such as role-plays, case studies, group discussions, and activities
Assess participant progress and training effectiveness
Provide feedback, coaching, and post-training support
Develop training materials, presentations, and assessments
Maintain training records and prepare reports
Stay updated on latest training methodologies and industry trends
