Avodha EduTech is seeking a dynamic and engaging Soft Skills Trainer to empower students and professionals with essential communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should have proven training experience and a passion for personal development.
Responsibilities:
Train participants in core soft skills including communication, presentation, teamwork, time management, and leadership
Teach techniques using tools like role-playing scenarios, Microsoft PowerPoint, Zoom for virtual sessions, and feedback forms
Conduct interactive workshops, group activities, and mock interviews
Guide participants on real-world applications through case studies and simulations
Track progress with assessments and deliver personalized feedback
Stay updated with latest soft skills trends and corporate training methodologies
Requirements:
Proven experience in soft skills training or corporate workshops
Strong knowledge of communication tools and interpersonal development frameworks
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Ability to engage diverse groups of students and professionals
Freshers with strong skills and certification (e.g., Toastmasters or NLP) can also apply
