Primary Responsibility
Prepare students for job interviews and workplace communication
Key Responsibilities
Provide practical training in professional communication
Train students in spoken English and interview communication
Conduct mock interviews, role plays, and speaking activities
Improve students' confidence, fluency, pronunciation, and vocabulary
Teach self-introduction, HR interview questions, and workplace etiquette
Guide students on professional behaviour, body language, and presentation skills
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Customize training methods based on student learning needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong command of spoken English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to train and motivate students effectively
Passion for teaching and student development
Prior experience in training, teaching, or interview coaching is an advantage
Experience
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
Previous experience as a Soft Skills / Communication / Language Trainer is preferred
