Conduct soft skills training sessions (communication, presentation, interview skills)
Design training modules and interactive learning activities
Prepare students for placements and professional environments
Assess trainee performance and provide feedback
Coordinate with academic and placement teams
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience handling students or young professionals
Certification in soft skills or training is an added advantage
Passion for mentoring and student development
