We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Soft Skills Trainer to join our institution. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in teaching soft skills and English to students and will actively engage with them to enhance their communication, interpersonal, and professional skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging soft skills and English classes for students.
Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons, workshops, and activities that enhance student learning and development.
Actively interact with students to encourage participation and engagement.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with colleagues to design training programs and activities.
Foster a positive learning environment that motivates and inspires students.
Requirements:
Proven experience in teaching soft skills and English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
Creativity in designing activities, workshops, and presentations.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Passion for working with students and helping them develop professionally and personally.
