Qualification
Master's degree in any discipline (Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields preferred).
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in training, coaching, or soft-skill development
Design and deliver training sections
Develop training sections
Facilitating interactive sessions
Provide feedback and coaching
Conduct group discussions
