Job Description

Conduct training programs on communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, and business etiquette. Organize workshops on English speaking, customer engagement, body language, and grooming. Evaluate employees' skill gaps and create customized learning modules. Use interactive teaching techniques such as role-plays, simulations, and case studies. Provide one-on-one coaching sessions for employees needing individual improvement. Track and report training effectiveness through assessments and feedback forms. Collaborate with HR and team leads to identify training needs and design learning plans. Ensure all employees represent the brand professionally in client interactions and presentations. Continuously update content based on trends in communication, leadership, and workplace behavior.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
