Soft Skills Trainer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Personal Skill Development Trainer

to enhance the employability and interpersonal competencies of our students/employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and delivering engaging

training sessions

focused on essential soft skills like communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, emotional intelligence, and

personal grooming

.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver communication training to improve verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills. Conduct personality development and grooming sessions to enhance professional presence and confidence. Organize and conduct mock interviews covering behavioural and HR aspects to prepare candidates for real-world interviews. Facilitate online and in-person training sessions, both group and one-on-one, as per training plans and schedules. Provide basic psychological consulting and mentoring to help candidates overcome personal barriers affecting their professional growth. Ensure students are industry-ready and placement-fit through continuous evaluation, feedback, and customized guidance. Plan and conduct workshops and seminars on resume preparation, LinkedIn profile optimization, and portfolio creation. Develop relevant training content, exercises, and materials tailored to participants' needs. Maintain training records, feedback reports, and share progress with relevant stakeholders.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Excellent command over English and regional language (optional). Strong

interpersonal

and

communication skills

. Ability to handle individual and group sessions effectively. Empathetic and approachable personality with basic

counselling skills

. Proven experience in soft skills training or a related field. Familiarity with conducting online sessions and using digital tools. Flexibility to adapt training methods based on participant needs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
