The role involves conducting soft skills classes, interactive workshops, assessing training needs, and helping individuals enhance communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver soft skills training sessions (in-person/virtual)
Facilitate workshops on communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Customize training content for different audiences
Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback
Requirements:
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in training, coaching, or teaching
Relevant degree or certification preferred
