Key Responsibilities:
Deliver soft skills training sessions (in-person ) based on client or organization requirements.
Design and customize training content, activities, and assessments aligned with audience needs.
Conduct pre- and post-training evaluations to measure participant progress and training effectiveness.
Foster a positive and participative learning environment.
Provide constructive feedback and mentoring to participants.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth session scheduling and feedback collection.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Soft Skills / Behavioral Trainer
(minimum 1-3 years preferred).
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of learners.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Comfortable conducting both
offline and online sessions
.
Certification in soft skills training or a related domain is an added advantage.
