\xe2\x80\x93 \xc3\x98 Candidates should have good communication skills. \xc3\x98 Candidates should be able to speak fluently in English/Hindi both Languages ( Preferably English ). \xc3\x98 Male and Female both required. \xc3\x98 Minimum qualification required \xe2\x80\x93 Graduated \xc3\x98 FIS is in US Shift, 24*7 environment, 5 days working with 2 flexible WO\xe2\x80\x99s. \xc3\x98 Should have to manage 3 LOB\xe2\x80\x99s Voice, Chat & Email, we shortlist any candidate and propose Voice, later that can be changed basis the recommendation received from interview panel. \xc3\x98 Work from office \xc3\x98 Training period would be 1.5 to 2 months. \xc3\x98 If anyone is hired for WAHA, need to have minimum of 30 MBPS internet speed and there would be no reimbursement. Roles and Responsibilities- \xc3\x98 Should have knowledge regarding shrinkage, attrition, Utilization, Occupancy. \xc3\x98 Team handling skills \xc3\x98 Encourage creativity and risk-taking \xc3\x98 Set clear team goals. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 925,000.00 - 941,000.00 per month Benefits:
