The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging, outcome-driven soft skills training programs. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of facilitating communication, personality development, and employability skills sessions for diverse learner groups. The role also requires the ability to support verbal ability training whenever needed.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate interactive Soft Skills training sessions covering communication skills, teamwork, emotional intelligence, leadership, personal branding, workplace etiquette, and interview readiness.
Assess learners' performance through quizzes, continuous assessments, feedback sessions, and end-term evaluations, offering personalised improvement plans.
Develop training content such as handouts, manuals, activity sheets, workbooks, question banks, and practice tests for soft skills and verbal ability programs.
Operate LMS and online testing platforms efficiently, ensuring seamless enrollment, content upload, and monitoring of learner progress across departments.
Mentor and guide students in career planning, resume writing, and interview preparation, aligned with industry expectations and institutional standards.
Contribute to departmental initiatives, audit documentation, student mentoring programs, and institutional events.
Support the talent development ecosystem by helping build an in-house pool of trained students for various academic and career initiatives.
Deliver on-demand workshops on employability skills, communication strategies, and professional development.

Qualifications
Postgraduate in English, Communication, Psychology, Management, or related fields.
Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
Ability to design, deliver, and evaluate soft skills and verbal ability training programs as required.
Familiarity with digital tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, and generative AI platforms.
Candidates from reputable training and education organisations are preferred.
