Job Title: Soft Skills Trainer - GEET Project Location: Ahmedabad, Surat and Vadodara Job Type: Full-time Salary Range: ₹20,000 - ?30,000 per month

Project Overview - GEET (Graduate Employability Enhancement Training): The GEET Project aims to enhance employability skills of graduates. The initiative focuses on equipping students with essential workplace and communication skills required to succeed in professional environments.

Job Summary: The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for delivering structured training modules designed to enhance student's communication, interpersonal, digital, and professional readiness skills. Trainers will conduct face to-face sessions based on the standardized GEET curriculum.

Key Responsibilities: ₹ Deliver engaging and interactive sessions across modules such as: Professional Communication, Interview Readiness, Customer Engagement and Sales Mastery, Domain Awareness, Logical Reasoning, Digital Fluency, Pre & Post Assessments, Feedback and Closing Sessions ? Assess learner progress through tests, assignments, and observation. ? Maintain attendance, feedback, and performance records. ? Support students in developing employability-oriented attitudes and professional behaviour. ? Coordinate with the project team for reporting, scheduling, and administrative tasks.

Skills and Qualifications: ₹ Education: Master's degree in any discipline (preferred specialization in English, Management, Psychology, HR, or Education). ? Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in soft skills, communication, or employability training. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati. ? Strong facilitation, presentation, and classroom management skills.

Additional Details: ₹ Travel Allowance: Provided as per project norms for inter-city assignments. ? Working Mode: Full-time, on-site at designated college campuses
