Conduct training sessions on communication, teamwork, leadership, and workplace etiquette.
Prepare training materials, activities, and presentations.
Assess trainees' performance and provide feedback.
Improve trainees' confidence, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
Maintain training records and reports.
Requirements:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage and motivate learners.
Experience in training or coaching preferred.
Good understanding of soft skills and professional behavior.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
