Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Trainer with a minimum of 2 years of training experience to lead our efforts in enhancing students\' soft skills and verbal communication abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and assessing training programs focused on improving essential soft skills and effective verbal communication. This role requires strong instructional expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to produce comprehensive training reports. Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive training modules and curriculum for enhancing soft skills and verbal communication among students. - Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that cover areas such as effective communication, public speaking, active listening, and interpersonal skills. - Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, group discussions, role-playing, and real-world scenarios. - Assess the progress and performance of students through assignments, quizzes, and practical exercises. - Provide personalized feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their soft skills and verbal communication abilities. - Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure training materials are effective and relevant. - Prepare and deliver comprehensive training reports that outline the training program\'s objectives, content, methodology, and outcomes. - Highlight the progress and achievements of participants, showcasing the impact of the training on their skills and communication abilities. - Demonstrate flexibility by being open to travel and stay at various locations as needed to conduct training sessions.
