to deliver our Corporate Interview Training (CIT) Program for students and job seekers. The trainer will enhance learners' communication, professionalism, and interview readiness for corporate hiring.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver interactive soft skills sessions (online & offline).
Train candidates in communication, body language, corporate etiquette, resume writing, and interview skills.
Conduct group discussions, role plays, presentations, and mock interviews.
Provide individual feedback and track learner progress.
Develop training materials, assessments, and activities.
Coordinate with academic and placement teams; maintain session and progress records.
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree
2-5 years of training or L&D experience.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience conducting mock interviews and group activities.
Preferred:
Experience training freshers/job seekers.
Certifications in soft skills/communication.
HR, recruitment, or corporate training background.
