Job Summary

ASDC Kanpur is seeking a dynamic and experienced

Soft Skills & Personality Development Trainer

to deliver high-impact training sessions aimed at enhancing students' communication abilities, professional behavior, confidence, and employability readiness. The trainer will play a vital role in preparing students for interviews, workplace etiquette, and career success.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver structured training sessions on: Spoken English and Business Communication Personality Development and Confidence Building Interview Skills and Resume Presentation Group Discussion and Public Speaking Workplace Etiquette and Professional Grooming Time Management, Leadership, and Teamwork Assess students' communication levels and customize training methods accordingly. Conduct mock interviews, role plays, and presentation activities. Maintain training reports, attendance, and performance evaluations. Provide career guidance and motivational counseling to students. Support placement preparation activities and employer interaction sessions. Coordinate with the academic and placement teams for program alignment.

Required Qualifications

Certification in Soft Skills, Communication, or PDP will be an added advantage. Minimum 1-3 years of relevant training or teaching experience.

Key Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi. Strong presentation and classroom management skills. Ability to motivate and engage diverse student groups. Professional appearance and confident personality. Knowledge of current corporate expectations and hiring practices.

Preferred Attributes
