Job Overview

We are seeking professionals who strongly understand and can train core soft skills. The role focuses on teaching, mentoring, and counseling students to improve their communication, confidence, and workplace readiness.

Core Requirement (Must-Have)

-Strong knowledge of soft skills, including:
-Communication (verbal & non-verbal)
-Personality development
-Confidence building
-Interview skills & group discussions
-Professional etiquette & workplace behavior
-Time management & teamwork
-Candidates must be comfortable teaching, demonstrating, and correcting soft skills in real-time.

Key Responsibilities

Soft Skills Training:

-Deliver practical, activity-based soft skills sessions
-Conduct role-plays, mock interviews, and group exercises
-Improve students' speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills
-Monitor progress and give individual feedback

Student Counseling:

-Guide students on confidence, mindset, and career readiness
-Provide one-on-one and group counseling support
-Help students overcome communication fear and self-doubt
-Maintain simple counseling and progress records

Eligibility & Skills

-Graduate/Postgraduate (any discipline)
-Hands-on experience or strong command of soft skills is mandatory
-Excellent communication and people-handling ability
-Empathetic, patient, and student-friendly approach

Ideal Candidate

-Has taught or practiced soft skills (training, teaching, HR, coaching, corporate background)
-Comfortable speaking in front of groups
-Passionate about student growth and employability

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
