Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate

Soft Skills & Communication Trainer

to support our students enrolled in

IT and Technical courses

. The ideal candidate will empower students with essential communication, interpersonal, and professional development skills required for successful job interviews and placement opportunities in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interactive sessions on

soft skills, business communication, and personality development

. Prepare students for

job interviews

through mock interviews, resume reviews, and grooming tips. Train students in

verbal and non-verbal communication

,

email etiquette

,

public speaking

, and

group discussions

. Develop and deliver workshops on

teamwork, leadership, time management,

and

professional behavior

. Provide

individual feedback and coaching

to help students overcome confidence and communication barriers. Collaborate with placement and academic teams to align training with

industry requirements

. Track student progress and provide regular reports and feedback.
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
