We are looking for a passionate and skilled trainer to guide ITI students in developing
soft skills
as well as provide
basic practical knowledge of two-wheeler repair and maintenance.
The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging sessions that help students become industry-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct interactive sessions on communication, teamwork, grooming, and workplace behavior.
Teach basic two-wheeler repair, servicing, and maintenance techniques.
Demonstrate hands-on practical work in the two-wheeler lab.
Motivate students to improve technical and interpersonal skills.
Prepare simple assessments and provide feedback to students.
Maintain attendance and session records as per ITI norms.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
ITI/Diploma in Motor Mechanic or Automobile Engineering.
Good knowledge of two-wheeler repair and servicing.
Strong communication and presentation skills in Hindi and Gujarati.
Prior teaching or training experience (preferred but not mandatory).
Enthusiastic and patient while working with students.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 - 26 per week
