Role Overview:



We are looking for a dynamic and passionate

Soft Skills Trainer

to provide training to youths aged 18-30. The trainer will be responsible for enhancing their grooming, soft skills, boosting confidence, and fostering personality development. The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop and deliver training sessions on communication, grooming, critical thinking, customer-facing job roles, and overall professional development.

Responsibilities:



1. Soft Skills Development



Deliver engaging lessons on communication, teamwork, leadership, and emotional intelligence.

Conduct interactive workshops to boost confidence and interpersonal skills.

Train in customer service, conflict resolution, and handling difficult situations.

2. English Communication



Improve spoken and written English through vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation exercises.

Enhance fluency and confidence via conversational practice and presentation skills.

3. Confidence & Personality Development



Strengthen professional identity through body language, etiquette, and self-presentation.

Conduct mock interviews and role-plays for real-world readiness.

4. Grooming & Professional Etiquette



Educate on business attire, hygiene, and workplace presentation.

Train on posture, tone, and communication for a strong first impression.

5. Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving



Develop analytical reasoning through case studies and discussions.

Encourage creative problem-solving in customer-facing roles.

6. Customer-Facing Job Roles Training



Provide hands-on training for retail, hospitality, and sales industries.

Simulate real-world scenarios to develop communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.

Assess trainee progress through role plays, activities, and mock evaluations
