We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cluster Trainer to join our dynamic hospitality team. As a Cluster Trainer, you will be responsible for training and developing the skills of our staff members across multiple units within the hospitality cluster. Your expertise in delivering effective training programs and nurturing a culture of continuous learning will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our organization.
Main Responsibilities:
1.Training Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the specific needs of each unit within the hospitality cluster. These programs will encompass both technical and soft skills training to enhance the overall service quality.
2.Induction and Onboarding: Conduct engaging and informative induction sessions for new employees, acquainting them with the company's values, policies, and procedures, and ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
3.Soft Skills Training: Implement training modules focused on developing soft skills, including communication, customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork, to create a customer-centric and cohesive workforce.
4.Training Delivery: Deliver training sessions and workshops in a dynamic and engaging manner, utilizing various training methods and technologies to ensure effective learning and skill development.
5.Training Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance analysis, making necessary adjustments to improve training outcomes continually.
6.Training Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
7. Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with unit managers and department heads to identify training needs, aligning training efforts with business objectives and goals.
8. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in training methodologies, incorporating them into the training programs to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in the hospitality sector.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
Strong interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with employees at all levels.
Knowledge of training evaluation techniques and performance analysis.
Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
