We run a dedicated Skill-Building Centre in Koti, offering short-term vocational courses aimed at empowering youth with industry-relevant skills. Upon completion, we actively support our students in securing job placements with leading companies across Hyderabad.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Soft Skills Trainer who will play a pivotal role in preparing students to successfully face interviews, hone their communication skills, and develop overall job-readiness. The trainer will be responsible for delivering targeted training programs over a 3-month period, with a focus on helping students excel in interviews and secure employment.

This role requires someone who is passionate about youth empowerment and has experience in conducting training sessions on interview techniques, soft skills development, and employability enhancement

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible for imparting training in the concern subject.
The trainer is responsible to follow the curriculum and modules prescribed by the Centre and complete the teaching of the same within the allocated time framework.
The trainer should conduct regular and periodical assessments/exams/tests as mandated by the Centre.
The trainer has to encourage and ensure participative learning environment in the classroom through the active involvement of trainees inactivity-based learning process.
The trainer shall discuss, submit and seek the approval of the Centre Manager over their plans and strategies with regard to completion of modules from time to time.
The trainer shall work in coordination with the Placement Officer in terms of sharing the outcomes of the assessments conducted, progress among the trainees, their interests and aspirations etc. so as to help him/her in identifying suitable job opportunity for the trainees as well as building the necessary skills among the trainees.
Maintaining attendance of the students.
Helping students in the classroom activities.
Facilitating discussions on current topics and classroom display.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidate must have previous 1-3 of teaching experience.
Candidate must have excellent teaching knowledge.
Qualifications : MA in English or other stake holders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
