Role Overview:-

The trainer will be responsible for enhancing employee professionalism by training them in

communication skills, behavioural conduct, discipline, customer interaction, manners, work ethics, presentation, grooming, and service etiquette

focused on the travel & tourism sector. The candidate must have strong experience in the travel industry and corporate communication training.

Key Responsibilities:-

Training & Development

Conduct regular training sessions on: Professional communication & customer interaction Behavioural skills, discipline, workplace manners & punctuality Office etiquette, dress code, teamwork & professional attitude Personality development, confidence building & presentation skills Call handling, email writing & client coordination techniques Train staff for client-facing situations in: Tour Package discussions Ticketing interactions Medical Tourism coordination Forex service explanations

Industry Skill Training

Teach travel-specific communication styles & practical customer scenarios. Demonstrate hospitality standards followed in aviation and tourism sectors. Provide training on complaint handling, conflict management and grievance control. Educate employees on cultural sensitivity (international clients).

Monitoring & Performance

Conduct behavioural assessments of employees periodically. Prepare training reports, evaluations and improvement plans. Recommend discipline guidelines and improvement policies to management. Mentor employees and correct behavioural issues professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

Bachelor's/Master's degree (Tourism, Aviation, Hospitality or related field preferred). Minimum

3-5 years experience

in training, aviation, tourism, hospitality or customer service. Knowledge of tourism work culture, travel client expectations, professional conduct. Excellent communication in English, Hindi and Bengali. Ability to control and guide employee behaviour patiently & professionally. Confident speaker with motivational & leadership qualities.
